Dogs that are used as guide dogs are exempt from this licensing requirement. Licenses can be purchased at the administration office or by completing this form and mailing or faxing it in. Please note, if you have 4 or more dogs, a kennel license is required; contact our planning department for more information (also note that the M.D.’s zoning regulations may restrict areas where dog kennels can be located).
