Acquiring Tax Certificates

Click on the link below to fill out a tax certificate request. There are two options to pay, credit card (via OptionPay portal) or cheque. 

When paying by credit card you will be forwarded to the OptionPay portal after you submit the request form, see below for payment steps. 

  • Step 1 - Insert payment information
  • Step 2 - Insert the amount of payment due 
  • Step 3 - Under TYPE select Tax Certificate from the drop down menu
  • Step 4 - Insert your organization’s name.
  • Step 5 - Insert your email if you would like copy of receipt
  • Step 6 - Click radial button authorizing OptionPay to charge credit card
  • Step 7 - Hit Submit Payment button

The fee for an emailed or faxed and mailed copy of a tax certificate is $20.00.
