At the Regular Council Meeting in December 2020, Municipal District Council adopted a New Municipal Emergency Management Plan (MEMP). The plan is reviewed and updated annually.
Alberta municipalities are required to prepare a Municipal Emergency Management Plan (MEP), to be used in disaster situations.
A condensed version of the Municipal Districts Municipal Emergency Management Plan is available below. If you have questions about the MEMP, please contact the Municipal District administration office and ask to speak to the Director of Emergency Management.
