Exshaw Fitness & General Interest Classes

Classes are open to all MD and area residents. Please register early so they run! Classes will be cancelled if participant minimums are not met by the registration deadlines. GST is added to Registration Fees

Triple P-Positive Parenting Program Online NEW!
Triple P Online (TPOL) is being launched in Alberta. This program hopes to make Triple P more accessible, and offers a personalized parenting course that parents can use in their own families.
TPOL is an interactive program to help with specific or challenging behaviors you may be experiencing with your child. Participants will learn Triple P strategies and tools by using online modules containing multimedia and interactive activities. This program also provides parents with the support of an accredited practitioner that can be reached via email and telephone. Check out the Stay Positive website to get your access code.

Settlement Services in the Bow Valley

Services are provided free of charge to support Permanent Residents, Live-in Caregivers, Refugees and Temporary Foreign Workers transitioning to permanent status who are living in the Bow Valley, Banff, Canmore, Lake Louise and Kananaskis no matter the length of time living in Canada.

Monthly workshops are offered on a variety of topics, including: Living in Canada as a Permanent Resident, Canadian Citizenship, School Orientation, Cross-Cultural Awareness, Money Management and more. Visit their calendar for more information.
