Meditation and yoga can be an effective form of stress reduction with the potential to improve our quality of life while decreasing the negative impact of routine and uncommon stresses in our lives. These sessions will continue to guide participants through basic meditation techniques and yoga postures demonstrated to be effective tools in our efforts to better manage stress responses.
No experience necessary. Bring a yoga mat and blanket and arrive a few moments early, we will begin on time. If you dont have a mat or props, we have extras!
