    Beginner and intermediate levels. Modifications for beginners or injury recovery will be demonstrated. Each participant must bring their own yoga mat and props.     At Exshaw Community Centre Learning how to better manage our reactions to stress is a life long journey. This gentle vinyasa flow yoga class introduces a creative sequencing of postures linked with breath to get you moving and to help to release the mind. Emerge relaxed and re-energized for the rest of your day. All levels are welcome from beginner to more experienced practitioners. Safe, accessible modifications will be offered.
