Each participant must bring their own yoga mat and props.
Classes are organised by the MD on a break-even basis so plan to arrive early to help set up the space and help put everything away after each class.

This gentle vinyasa flow yoga class introduces a creative sequencing of postures linked with breath to get you moving and to help to release the mind.
Emerge relaxed and re-energized for the rest of your day.
All levels are welcome from beginner to more experienced practitioners. Safe, accessible modifications will be offered.
