    Beginner and intermediate levels. Modifications for beginners or injury recovery will be demonstrated. Each participant must bring their own yoga mat and props.     Exshaw Community Association provides the community of Exshaw, Alberta, with a well-equipped gym, a community hall with full kitchen, acoustic system, tables and chairs for rent, a lounge for our local seniors group (Heart Mountain Go-getters), as well as a ball diamond with indoor cook house, flush toilets and campground facility. The Association Board meets monthly to plan coming events, facilities maintenance and upgrades - meetings are open to the public.
