2019 Customer Satisfaction Survey Results

The 2019 Customer Satisfaction Survey was open to community input between May 13 and June 14, 2019. In total, 250 MD households completed the online survey.The survey was comprised of 60 questions. Of the 60 questions, 15 were viewpoints and opinions (respondent comments), due to confidentiality concerns under the Freedom of Information and Privacy Act (FOIP) these comments are not included.
